Elizabeth Pease

Elizabeth Pease, SHRM-SCP, is the founder of The Intentionals, Inc., which partners with corporations, family enterprises, and nonprofits to strengthen operations, build healthy teams, and guide organizations through change. A key part of their work is helping leaders establish and live out core values that shape their people and every aspect of their operations.  The Intentionals provide fractional HR and CFO services, bookkeeping, marcom and administrative support allowing business leaders to focus on doing what they love to do.

She is also the founder of Intentional Legacy, a nonprofit dedicated to service and community impact, and engages locally through the Woodstock Christian Business Network and the North Fulton Collective. Rooted in her faith, Elizabeth is passionate about mentoring leaders and encouraging growth that allows both people and organizations to flourish. She also has the privilege of working alongside her two daughters, gaining firsthand insight into the unique dynamics of running a family business.
