Elliot Franklin is a partner in the corporate practice at Reed Smith, LLP, where he represents clients in a variety of corporate transactions and general corporate matters. His clients range from start-ups and early-stage growth companies to venture capital and private equity firms, primarily in the tech industry. A native of Cherokee County, Elliot graduated from The George Washington University with a BA in Classical Humanities before obtaining his JD from The University of North Carolina School of Law. He moved back to Atlanta in 2013 to practice law and now resides in East Cobb with his wife and two children.
