Attorney Jeff Rusbridge has more than 20 years of experience developing appropriate strategies for his clients complex legal challenges. 

Jeff Rusbridge advises and represents companies and individuals in matters of business, real estate, and wills and probate, including the litigation of disputes. For the past 20 years, he has successfully handled cases in various Superior, State, and Probate Courts throughout Georgia, in the Georgia Court of Appeals, and in the Georgia Supreme Court. 

Jeff is also the City Attorney for the Cities of Nelson and Talking Rock, the Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of Canton and Holly Springs, and the Chief Solicitor for the City of Woodstock.  He is a Past President of the Blue Ridge Bar Association, a member of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.

After growing up in Cherokee County, Jeff graduated from Furman University in 1996 with a dual major in Political Science and Urban Studies, and from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1999.  Since returning home to practice law, he has been active in the community, serving as Chairman of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, President of the Canton Optimist Club, Vice-President of the Canton Lions Club, and on various local boards and committees.

He resides in Canton with his wife and two children and is a Deacon at the Canton First Baptist Church.
