Scott has 35+ years’ Business Advisory experience ranging from “Big 4” consulting to start-up organizations. Currently, Scott is a Partner with TGR Partners, a national boutique Executive Search Firm focused on senior level positions in the areas of technology and innovation. He also serves as an investor and advisor to several start-up tech companies focused on Future of Work and FinTech.
Prior to joining up with former colleagues to launch TGR, Scott helped to start and lead TrueBridge Resources as a sister company to The North Highland Company. While at TrueBridge, the company expanded to 8 cities, positioning the company for clients’ increased reliance on creative talent management solutions. During his tenure, TrueBridge was recognized by trade publication Staffing Industry Analysts as the 2nd fastest growing IT staffing company over the prior 5 years.
Before TrueBridge, Scott served as the Market Leader for the Atlanta office of Accretive Solutions (now part of Resources Global Professionals). His experience at Deloitte includes Large-Scale Systems Implementation; Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures; eCommerce; and Supply Chain and Financial Process Redesign. Earlier in his career, Scott worked at Accenture and Ford Motor Company.
Scott earned his Electrical Engineering degree from Notre Dame and an MBA from Duke University (Fuqua). He and his wife, Ann, recently moved to Woodstock and have three wonderful young adult daughters and one son-in-law. He is active in the Career Ministry at St. Ann Church, providing job search guidance and advice on working with external recruiters, and was previously involved with the Parents’ Advisory Board at Georgia Tech and with the local Notre Dame and Duke Alumni Organizations.
