Stacey Williams

Stacey Williams is the President of Veritas & Associates LLC, a multi-experienced business consulting firm that serves all of Georgia. Prior to starting his company, Stacey retired from Cherokee County Government where he was an Agency Director responsible for multiple major departments along with many other executive level responsibilities. Prior to joining Cherokee County in 2008, he spent over 10 years with H&H Electrical Contracting and 10 years with United Parcel Service.

Stacey obtained his Master of Business Administration from Reinhardt University in 2014 and his BA in Organizational Management Leadership in 2012. He now serves on the President’s Advisory Council and has been an Adjunct Professor for the McCamish School of Business at Reinhardt University. Stacey is Lean Six Sigma Green, Black, and Master Black Belt Certified and has completed the Georgia Law Enforcement Management Program at Columbus State University and the Incident Command System through the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Recently, he obtained his Certified Public Manager (CPM) certificate from the Carl Vinson Institute of Government.

Some of his present and past memberships include Rotary Club of Canton (past president), Reinhardt President’s Advisory Council (past board chair), Reinhardt Public Safety Council, Malon D. Mimms Boys and Girls Club Board (current board chair), International and Georgia City/County Managers Associations, National Certified Managers Consortium, and the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce.

Stacey has been married to his wife Debra, for 26 years. They have two amazing daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren. He is a faithful member of The Way, The Truth, and The Life Christian Center where he serves in several different leadership roles. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hunting, golfing, and tournament fishing.
