Kevin Monroe is a perpetual optimist helping leaders tap into the power of purpose to create vibrant cultures and lead their teams to do their best work.
Since Kevin was a teenager, he have had a strong desire to make the world a better place. For about as long, as he could remember, he felt that he was as ordinary as they come. Along the way he realized that living an extraordinary life isn’t a matter of chance. It’s a matter of choice. The extraordinary life is not out there — an elusive quest somewhere over the rainbow. It’s here. Now. Our lives become extraordinary as a result of doing lots of little (ordinary) things with extra focus, fervor, and flair.
Kevin began conducting experiments and hosting events to help people from around the world discover their path to an extraordinary life. That led him to create This ExtraOrdinary Life, a global community of like-hearted people from around the world choosing to explore, embrace, and express extraordinary lives one day, one moment, one encounter at a time.
Kevin is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. His undergraduate work resulted in a degree in theology from Mercer University. He lives in Woodstock, GA where he spends his time as a husband, father, grandfather, friend, creator, and community builder.
